At OverSeasEducationLeads.com, we deal in digital products and services (such as leads and subscriptions). Once a product has been delivered, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for successfully delivered digital products.

Duplicate payment – If you were charged more than once for the same order.

Technical errors – If the product was not delivered due to a system issue.

No Lead Assignment – If no lead is assigned to your order within 60 days of purchase, the order is eligible for a full refund.

Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions (if applicable) can be canceled anytime, but access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Lead Replacement (if applicable)

If you purchase leads and one is found to be invalid (e.g., incorrect contact details, non-working number), you may request a replacement as per our Lead Replacement Policy.
