At OverseasEducationLeads.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality, exclusive leads to our clients. To maintain this standard, we offer a transparent lead replacement policy for leads that do not meet our quality criteria.

 

✅ Leads Eligible for Replacement


You may request a replacement if a lead meets any one of the following conditions:

  • Invalid Contact Details
    • Phone number not reachable or permanently switched off
    • Email address bounced or is invalid
  • Duplicate Lead
    • You received the same lead more than once from our platform
  • Completely Unrelated Inquiry
    • Lead is not interested in overseas education at all (e.g., seeking unrelated services)
  • Fake or Fraudulent Submission
    • Clearly spam or bot-generated entries

 

❌ Leads Not Eligible for Replacement


  1. Lead changed their mind after submission
  2. Lead already started working with another consultant
  3. Lead does not match your target country or budget (unless these filters were selected in your order)
  4. Lead is not ready to proceed immediately (our leads are based on education intent, not urgency)

 

📄 How to Request a Replacement


  1. Visit our Lead Replacement Page
  2. Enter the Lead ID
  3. Select a replacement reason from the dropdown list
  4. Add any additional comments if needed
  5. Submit your request for review

 

🕒 Time Limit: All replacement requests must be submitted within 72 hours of lead delivery.

 

🔁 Review & Approval


  1. Each request is manually reviewed by our team
  2. If approved, a replacement lead matching your original filters will be delivered within 3–5 business days
