What if I receive an invalid or irrelevant lead?

We have a fair and transparent Lead Replacement Policy. You can request a replacement if:

  • The lead has a wrong or unreachable number

  • The email address is fake or bounces

  • The lead is not related to overseas education

  • You receive a duplicate (rare, but protected)

You must request a replacement within 72 hours of lead delivery using our online form. Our team manually verifies and approves eligible requests within 3–5 working days.

💡 Always attempt contact within the first hour. Early engagement gives you better conversion chances and enough time for quality validation.
