  2. Not resell, trade, or distribute leads to third parties.
  3. Contact students responsibly, without harassment, and only through the channels provided (e.g., email, phone, WhatsApp).
  4. Comply with all applicable laws related to data privacy, telemarketing, and communication.

 

3. Lead Delivery

  1. Leads are delivered in real-time or as agreed upon during purchase.
  2. Leads are typically exclusive unless otherwise stated.
  3. Delivery methods include email, webhook/API, or third-party CRM integration.

 

4. Lead Replacement Policy

We offer lead replacements under the following conditions:

  1. Invalid or incorrect contact information (e.g., fake phone/email).
  2. Duplicate lead (same person delivered to the same client previously).
  3. Student never submitted the form (clear evidence required).

Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery, along with supporting proof.

We do not offer refunds unless specifically agreed in writing.

 

5. Payment Terms

  2. Pricing is based on country, course level, exclusivity, and lead filters.

You may not:

8. Limitation of Liability
